Clea is not human and has far more inborn magical abilities than foreign , and destruct her enemies in second with creative and horrifying spells ; the majority of her power and clock time is devoted to seeking a method acting to resurrect Doctor Strange from the dead .

Here , the fact that WAND - a comparatively smaller organization - has been infiltrated by the Blasphemy Cartel in curt rules of order bring out just how influential the Cartel rightfully is .
