Both characters are oft compared to one another by sports fan , causing the Marvel and DC residential area to often wonder the outcome of a possible combat between the Dark Knightand the Fist of Khonshu . Avengers Assemble : Alpha # 1reveals precisely what a fight between Batman and Moon Knight would entail … but these characters are not Marc Spector or Bruce Wayne at all .
Both Moon Knight and Batmanare secretly millionaires who apply their fortunes to fund their law-breaking - fighting ways ( though Moon Knight ’s assumed name , Steven Grant , has an star ; he is one of four separate personality in Marc Spector ’s body ) . They also have no exponent apart from their gizmo ( though , in the showcase of Marc again , he occasionally carry the ability of Khonshu ) , and are also known for their incubation , lone lifestyles . Their backstories are settle in tragedy and both suffer from extreme mental wellness issues ( implicitly in Bruce ’s case and explicitly when it comes to Moon Knight ) . It is no wonderment , then , that the Marvel and DC fandom often marvel the outcome fo of a likely scrap between the two .

InAvengers Assemble : Alpha # 1 , by Jason Aaron , Bryan Hitch , Andrew Currie & Alex Sinclair , three mathematical group of Avengers touch after nearly an entire year of buildup : the Avengers of the 616 Universe , the Multiversal Avengers from theAvengers Foreverbook , and the Prehistoric Avengersfrom Earth ’s aloof past . Almost immediately , the mathematical group attack each other after a misinterpretation , and Nighthawk attack Moon Knight - but this caveman opt by Khonshu is far from the plotting and level-headed Marc Spector of the present day . As for Nighthawk , this is essentially Marvel ’s Batman , but his opponent is far from the man fans wanted him to defend .
This Isn’t The Moon Knight vs Batman Battle Fans Wanted To See
It is entirely appropriate for Khonshu to take a cave dweller to become his next incarnation , but it does not necessarily present Moon Knight as the sports fan recognise him today . Moon Knight fans adore him notin maliciousness of his multiple personalities , but because of them ; the combination of Steven Grant , Jake Lockley , Marc Spector and Mr. Knight is what makes the bomber . This cave man is a rum entity , and not nearly as interesting ( and Nighthawk says as much during his quick bout ) .
Unfortunately , it looks like the real Bruce Wayne will never fight down Marc Spector in this crossover . forgetful of arevival of theMarvel vs DCseriesfrom the 90 , it ’s extremely unbelievable Bruce will fight Marc in the current era . Moon KnightandBatmanare fierce fighters , but while Nighthawk is a worthy successor , this caveman version of the Fist of Khonshu leaves much to be hope .
