But some are still out for themselves , andImmortal 10 - man # 9reveals one particular villain , Mr. Sinister , has resorted to a Groundhog Day - stylus plot .

An early edition of Mr. Sinister can then use the information stored in Moira ’s brain to plan forward . unluckily , the plan has a major defect : Destiny .
