5Kendall Roy
Kendall was at his lowest point afterSuccessionseason 3 but is slowly solve his way back up the ability ranking . Kendall is attempting to start a new medium caller called The Hundred . His outbidding of Logan in the PGM command state of war puts him in a position where he could realistically contend with Waystar Royco . Kendall is whole shut up out of the company , which does bruise his careen , but he has show that he can pull himself back up with his bootstrap . Aided by Roman and Shiv , Kendall has demonstrate that he can and will greatly impactSuccessionseason 4 .
The one thing holding Kendall back has been around since the beginning : his inadvertent time of year 1 murder . Kendall finally confessed about the killing to his siblings inSuccessionseason 3 ’s ending , which seemed to help his mental health significantly . However , Logan still knows about it , acting as a cornet card that could take Kendall down at any point . 4Shiv Roy
Much like her two brothers , Shiv is locked out of Waystar Royco . However , Shiv has one thing that Kendall and Roman do n’t : Tom . Despite Tom ’s treachery , he still cares for Shiv , seemingly even advocating for her to Logan in the season 4 premiere . Tom could be just what Shiv needs to get her foot back in the doorway of Waystar Royco , with her then using her superior business idea to take over the company .
3Tom Wambsgans
Although not a Roy , Tom is one of the most powerful characters inSuccessionseason 4 . After tipping Logan off to the Roy sib ' plan in season 3 , Tom has become one of Logan ’s most believe advisors , with Tom even being trusted to handle the PGM dialogue . In addition , Tom has lots of sway over Waystar Royco , and there do n’t seem to be any imminent scourge to his force . Tom is the head of Waystar Royco ’s ATN segmentation , but he seems to have even more influence than his position suggests , set up him near the top of the power ranking afterSuccessionseason 4 , episode 1 .

As the CEO of Waystar Royco , Logan Roy is undoubtedly the most powerful appendage of the Roy family going intoSuccessionseason 4 . With his kid lock out of the company , Logan still has a supermajority , meaning he can force through almost anything . On top of that , GoJo ’s acquisition of the company is about to go through , have in mind that an alreadyrich Logan Royis about to get even richer .
