When Borg call the Seer , he enounce “ I see an bird of Jove . I see that an eagle hovers over you . But I also see that you yourself are the bird of Jove ” , referring tothe roughshod end Borg was going to have . The Seer did n’t tell Ivar how he would expire , but he gave hints of it to his brother , Hvitserk . Ivar made it to the last episode ofVikings , but he did n’t survive . During the battle between the Norse U. S. Army and the English , Ivar ’s precondition worsened while Hvitserk was wound , so Ivar order him to bear back so he would survive . Hvitserk pointed out thatIvar ’s oculus wrench blue , which meant that he was in peachy danger of burst his bones . Ivar turn around and found a young man with a dagger , who stab him multiple times , kill the apparently undestroyable Ivar the Boneless . The Seer tell Hvitserk that he would action what others before him run out to do but the price would be too high , and he interpreted this as being about Ivar ’s death . Hvitserk did n’t kill Ivar , but he could n’t oppose him either .
